Love Your Voice in 8 Weeks!

A practical, science-backed program to help you understand your voice, overcome blocks, and express yourself with freedom.

Do you struggle to love the sound of your own voice?

Maybe you’ve been told you can’t sing. Maybe you’ve spent years working on technique, but something still doesn’t feel right.

You know you hold back —tensing up, second-guessing, or trying to control your voice instead of letting it flow.

This 8-week program helps you get to the root of what’s going on—by combining voice science with the tools to unpack psychological barriers that affect how you sound.

What You’ll Learn

This course bridges the gap between vocal technique and the mental patterns that affect your sound—so you can develop a voice that feels strong, responsive, and enjoyable to use 💕.

Here’s What We’ll Cover Over 8 Weeks:

Week 1: Compassion For the Voice You Have

The first step on the journey toward loving your voice is to accept its faults. Your voice is the way it is because it’s trying to protect you, not work against you. We unpack the layers of self-criticism and self-rejection that keep you from exploring your voice with curiosity and compassion.

Week 2: Unlock Your Expression

Do you struggle with being loud or expressing sadness? This week, we experiment with all the different ways your voice can be used and explore emotional blockages that come up for you around expression.

Week 3: Harness Your Expressive Voice

Learn to harness your innate vocalising abilities. This week, we continue exploring your expressive voice, with a focus on letting go of your ‘vocal identity’. Those sounds that you avoid making because they feel inauthentic or disingenuous are preventing you from discovering the full potential of your voice.

Week 4: The Foundations of Healthy Singing - The Breath

Discover how the breath fuels the voice and what not to do with it to ensure you develop and maintain healthy singing habits.

Week 5: The Anatomy of Expression

Learn about the larynx and which muscles are required for singing. You’ll be able to visualise exactly what’s going on with your voice and identify what’s happening when it feels right vs. wrong.

Week 6: Building a Voice You Trust

Build trust in your voice by collecting evidence. Part of the reason your voice doesn’t work how you want it to is that you don’t know how to activate the muscles, and have therefore developed a distrust in your abilities. You’ll learn how to activate and deactivate your singing muscles by using everyday prompts that make sense to you. This creates kinesthetic awareness, which shifts your attention from how your voice sounds (unreliable) to how it feels (which gives you more control!).

Week 7: Let Your Ears Do the Work

One of the essential skills for singing is being able to match pitch. This week, we learn how to trust our ears and build the connection between the ears and larynx for more tuneful singing.

Week 8: Develop Your Daily Practice

Everybody’s singing journey looks different. This week, we develop a practice routine that suits where you are on your singing journey.
